    And we need to take a look at eliminating daylight savings clock shifts in spring and fall. Perhaps even expanding time zones where practical.

    I was not aware on how food affected the body clock. I'm in a weird situation where my body has been waking me up early(think 4a) all year long. My job 4 days a week, I'm in a small windowless room in the afternoons until 9p (in bed by 10p). I typically eat breakfast around 5:30a, and dinner varies on my schedule, but often not later than 6:30p. I've tried a little afternoon light therapy with my sleep doc, but who knows if it did anything.
