Cabbage borscht soup noo soup recipe

This is a delicious Russian soup that is easy to make. When many German Mennonites traveled to Russia during the reign of Catherine the Great, they learned to prepare this authentic Russian beet borscht from a Russian neighbor. However, they used cages instead of beets to create unique soups with a German flavor. This is a simple recipe.

  Beef Soup Bone – 2 lbs

  2 quarts of water or as needed

  12 chopped carrots
from

  6 cubic potatoes

  1 chopped head cage

  3 cases

  Chopped fresh parsley – 1 1/2 tbsp

  Ten allspice berries [whole]
from

  a bay leaf
from

  Half anise
from

  One teaspoon of salt
from

  Black pepper powder – 1 pinch
from

  Chopped Tomato – 1 1/2 cup
from

  Thick cream – 1/2 cup

  At medium and high temperatures, the beef broth is placed in a large bowl filled with water. Reduce calories and stew for 1 hour and 1/2 hour. To maintain 2 quarts of dehydration, add water as needed. Remove it from the heat source and dispose of the soup bone, then remove the fresh pot and press the broth into it and return to the oven.

Stir all remaining ingredients – cabbage, carrots, potatoes, parsley, onions, star anise, allspice berries, bay leaf, pepper and salt. Cook the vegetables for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft and tender. Put some tomatoes and cook the soup. Add a hot soup to a separate soup bowl and use thick cream as a topping.

You can enjoy this delicious soup with freshly baked homemade bread. This is a complete meal that contains all four foods. You can use pickling spices to give it a spicy and rich taste. It will be a perfect family dinner on a cold winter night.
