Those look awesome, I will need to try them. One question I have is what would you recommend doing with the leftover broth from boiling the ribs. I have to think that would make an awesome soup. Thanks, love your videos.

Can anyone help me with my rib selection for this recipe.  I live in the country & we don't have any major food chains close.  I do have a Wal-Mart 15 miles away. I saw Pork spare ribs & Baby back ribs also Country style ribs.  Does it make a difference in the outcome? If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.

  36. Seonkyoung Longest

It's Korean brand, Sempio. 🙂 You can buy it from online or Korean supermarket!

  37. ksteel07

What kind of soy sauce did you use? What's the brand name?

  38. Seonkyoung Longest

Sorry for my late reply!!! You can substitute for dry white wine or any other alcohol. Alcohol helps get rid of the bloody smell from the meat. 🙂

  39. Seonkyoung Longest

    Hope you like it!! 😀

    Great video.

  48. TheLivingDeadOne

I must have missed the notice of this video. You look so beautiful, BUT, I wonder why you don't wear an apron. All that oil splatter on your blouse. I know you wanna look good for us, but we already know. Don't ruin some of your clothing cooking in it for us. We'll still watch.
