This is cringeworthy to watch. Not much scientific accuracy here.
I don't think so that bodybuilder diet can be consider as a healthy in general. Eating so much calories and many times during the day is the opposite what prolongs lifespan like intermitent fasting and restricted calories. There is no window for autofagia, rebuilding telomers, restoring insulin sensitivity, activation of sirtuins etc. How much calories he needs to only sustain 140kg body mass? 4000kcal? How much of ROS and glycation end products his body products? Carbs are not bad, but eating so much killing you for sure. 193cm man should weight like 90-110 kg. We don't need that extra body mass. Human species is created for long walks and runs, not to be super strong. Bodybuilding is not even functional training, it kills your mobility in every aspect.

I like to have anavar chear meal when I tren extra hard and test my limits. Eating clen is hard all the time.
He always uses the term get in shape when lowering carbs. Shouldn’t the term be look in shape?
When I take a break from working out and keep eating the same I always end up losing weight which is crazy.
I tell people this stuff daily. Everybody wants to follow the crowd and do fad diets. They’ll drink pre workout, shake protein in a shaker bottle after every workout but don’t meal prep and don’t eat adequate to build muscle- and they look exactly the same year after year with no gain of muscle whatsoever.
